Please tell us about your event below. The more you can share, the more accurate our quote can be. But don't worry about getting every detail perfect, we can go through the finer points together

Outside setups can handle light rain, but not high winds or heavy downpours, we'd always recommend having a covered back up space (or checking your event insurance) just incase we need to adjust the plan on the day.

Please note there is a 3.5 hour set up time and full set up the day before can only occur at inside venues. If you would like us to set up outside in secure grounds we will be able to construct the day before but would still need additional dressing time on the morning of the event.

We offer a free site visit (in person visits are location dependent) to help you choose the best possible spot for the tent, checking things like ceiling height, access and the ideal positions for shelter if we are outdoors. It means that everything is sorted in advance and set up on the day is as smooth and as stress free as possible.
